Led GenAI product work serving 100+ markets. Built AI that assists human decisions: buyer search, customer care, analyst workflows. Ran product discovery on behavioural analytics and experiments; drove roughly 10% uplift in online sales conversion; cut cloud costs by about 80% and query latency by 25%. Programme-managed European Accessibility Act compliance across 27 markets. Co-founded the analytics community of practice. In 2024 ran an internal study on epistemic ownership in AI-assisted coding (traces plus survey, n=127).
